• United States

• Free shipping for orders over $99 (before tax)
• $9.99 CAD shipping for orders under $99 (before tax)
Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days

🇨🇦 3. Rest of Canada

• Standard shipping: $12.99 CAD
• Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days

🇺🇸 4. United States

• Standard international shipping: $19.99 CAD
• Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days (depending on customs and courier)

🌍 5. Rest of World

Currently, direct ordering is not supported. For special shipping arrangements, please contact: support@seniorease.ca

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📦 7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if available, to monitor your package.

• Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed delivery.
• If your package shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact customer support within 48 hours.
• If items are damaged during shipping, please email us with photos within 3 days to arrange a claim or exchange.
